He has held long-term board responsibilities, with experience across complex stakeholder, governance, and funding matters. At Aspen Meridian, he focuses on stewardship, strategic direction, and the disciplined execution of emerging technology-led ventures.

With thirty-seven years of international legal and commercial experience, including admission to the New York Bar, she brings seasoned judgement to complex commercial, legal, and multi-jurisdictional matters.
